The “Discovering Columbus” exhibit presented by NYC Public Art Fund, was one of my all time favorite locations for pictures in 2012. Well, along with the “Cloud City” on the roof of the Metropolitan Museum Of Art on 5th Ave. That was also an awesome exhibit…
One of the most impressive things about the “Discovering Columbus” exhibit was the views of the city; that you will never ever be able to get unless you are some type construction worker authorized to work on Columbus Statue. Of course, if you live or work at Columbus Circle you will be able to get similar views, but not the exact same views as from the exhibit vantage point. A few of the great views are listed below:
- Looking South down 8th Ave.
- Looking East down 59th St (Central Park South)
- Looking North up Central Park West
- Looking North up Broadway
