I really consider Bethesda Terrace in Central Parks to be a real NYC hidden gem. On this snowy day, it was going to be the perfect location for a 3 exposure HDR image…I thought I arrived early enough to get an empty shot, but other people had the same exact idea on this day. Everybody likes to come, Central Park when it snows to get photos. Anyway, I waited almost 45 minutes for the location to be empty and decide to take the shot anyway with the one person on the phone.
It was a pretty wonderful day due to fresh snowfall, the city really seemed magical. I moved on from Bethesda Terrace and spent the rest of the day; taking photos at other iconic locations like the:
- Central Park Mall
- Bow Bridge
- Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir
