I recently took a trip to Upstate New York en route to Woodbury Commons and decided to stop off at Bear Mountain State Park…My objective was to find some fall landscape photos instead of taken them in Central Park. Interesting enough, I’ve always past this park when I go to Woodbury Commons, but never took the time to drive around and take in the beauty of the park.
On arrival to Bear Mountain State Park I went up to Perkins Memorial Tower to get a shot of the Hudson Valley, but that was not an option. The tower was closed! Since it was starting to get dark I settled for an HDR shot of Hessian Lake close to sunset.
